Vinyasa Flow is an athletic class that incorporates challenging sequences, balancing, planks and more.

This class is always fun and every class is different. If you enjoy a moderately paced class and exploring new poses, this class is for you!

Gentle Hatha is a slower paced class that has a strong focus on stretching tight muscles.

We utilize props such as blocks, bolsters and straps to support the body. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, no yoga experience required.

Yin Yoga is a class where we practice deep, long-held postures. This class combines 3 elements. Finding our edge, settling into stillness and resting for time (in most cases approximately 4 minutes per pose). This allows the body to fully release and get the most benefit out of each posture.
